I'm Tiffany Poe

I help folks discover their greatest potential in a fun, faith-centered, food infused way!  I believe life is an adventure and if you're hungry to taste more... welcome to my world!

hello,

Hungry for more...

Let's Get Started

Here's how to work with me on your next project or process!

When I think back over the last twenty years of my professional career,  I’m reminded of the ingredients that have inspired, motivated and sustained me as a chef and an educator.  Aside from my faith, the number one component in that recipe is CREATIVITY…

As a child I had endless projects, play materials and tactile inspiration to keep me satisfied in an era sans modern touch screen technology.  It’s no surprise that when it came time to select a profession… I chose the one that allowed for me to “play” a multi-passion creative every single day! Between the color, texture, endless inspirational directions and immediate gratification, food and creating experiences with that medium became my language.

As a chef there are few sensory experiences that don’t completely fascinate me.  I’m constantly inspired by the sight, smells, sounds, tastes, touches and the cognitive stimulation therein.  When I think of the word creativity, I’m immediately invigorated and inspired.  The idea of putting my hands and fingers to work to make the world a better place literally “lights” me up.  I’m inspired by the process and even more enamored by results. That’s why I created this course. I hope you will ignite a passion for recharging your inner creative genius and reconnect with the creative power inside of you!!!

As an educator and entrepreneur, I’m even more intrigued by the direct correlation to an individual’s ability to create and how that plays out in their personal and professional lives.  The topics of neuro-education, creative process and imaginative leadership have all been on the desktop of my “frontal cortex” no pun intended for several years.  The more I marinated in these topics of work being our play,  I’m provoked to engage with them at a higher level.  I’d watch in awe when my students would apply their creative skills

from in the kitchen to other important areas of their life.  I’ve witnessed them excel in and master content, problem solving, communication, teamwork, time-management, leadership challenges and tremendous project capacity with greater success by utilizing the culinary based “CREATIVE PROCESS” skills.  It never ceased to amaze me at their ability to create with power and purpose.

As a result, of my curiosity and passion for that adventure I’ve designed this…

A full professional course on

“CREATIVE INTELLIGENCE”: Creating with Power and Purpose.    I have no doubt you will be reconnected to your inner-creative ability and discover how to use your “multi-passion” gifts to improve and empower all areas of your professional and personal influence.  There is a reason that CREATIVITY has been listed as the most IMPORTANT LEADERSHIP quality of our day… It’s the rocket fuel for launching innovation and the key ingredient to better understanding the next great vision for our world!  I look forward to CREATING with YOU!!!

Creativity is the act of turning new and imaginative ideas into reality.

Creativity is characterized by the ability to perceive the world in new ways, to find hidden patterns, to make connections between seemingly unrelated phenomena, and to generate solutions.

Examples of creative thinking skills include: problem solving, writing, visual art, communication skills, and open-mindedness.

We are all naturally creative and, like every other skill, some people have more natural talent than others. However, everyone can increase his or her creativity, just as everyone can increase his or her musical or athletic ability, with appropriate training and focused practice. … And these skills can be learned.

According to this theory, six distinct, but related elements contribute to successful creativity: intelligence, knowledge, thinking styles, personality, motivation, and environment.

Creative thinking means looking at something in a new way. It is the very definition of “thinking outside the box.” … Creative people have the ability to devise new ways to carry out tasks, solve problems, and meet challenges. They bring a fresh, and sometimes unorthodox, perspective to their work.

The creative process can be divided into 4 stages: preparation, incubation, illumination, and verification. In the first stage, your brain is gathering information. After all, creative ideas don’t come from a vacuum. In the second stage, you let your mind wander and stretch your ideas.
